Janine McGrath is a Melbourne-based actor whose career gained significant momentum during the city's lockdowns. Using that time to refine her craft, she immersed herself in professional training, completing courses with Howard Fine Studios and studying under other highly respected industry professionals.
With an extensive background as a Dance Teacher, Choreographer, Studio Principal, and theatre Consultant, Janine brings a wealth of performance experience and artistic insight to every role. Her transition into screen acting has seen her appear in acclaimed short films featured at Flickerfest and the Melbourne International Film Festival (MIFF) in 2022.
Janine's commitment to authentic storytelling has also been recognised through accolades at the Cracked Actors Summer Readings in both 2021 and 2022. Dedicated to continual growth and collaboration, she is passionate about bringing depth, honesty, and humanity to every performance across stage and screen.
